Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy anything from Freedom Sun, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we," "us" or "our"), under any of our brands. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. If anything here is not clear, email hello@freedomsun.co and we will explain it.

Each brand has its own terms for its own products. Where a brand's terms say something more specific than these, the brand's terms apply to that purchase.

Who you are buying from

Every purchase from Calm Money Kids, SimoneCR or Women's Money Society is a purchase from Freedom Sun, LLC. Your card statement and your receipt may show Freedom Sun, the brand name, or both.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout, in US dollars unless the checkout page says otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you pay from outside the United States, Stripe or your bank may convert the amount into your own currency, and the converted amount can change slightly from one payment to the next. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.

Subscriptions and memberships

Some of our products renew automatically. When a product renews, checkout and your receipt show how often it renews and the amount. A subscription continues, and you will be charged at the start of each new period, until you cancel. You can cancel from the billing link in your receipts or by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will email you so that you can update your card.

Refunds

Each brand's own terms explain its refund rules. If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us and we will refund the extra payment. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including any right to withdraw from a purchase that applies to you.

Using what you buy

Our courses, tools, apps, recordings and materials are owned by Freedom Sun, LLC. Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use them for yourself, your family or your own business, as the product describes. Please do not share your login, resell them or republish them.

Education, not advice

Our products are education and coaching. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, they do not take your personal circumstances into account, and no accountant-client or adviser-client relationship is created by a purchase. For decisions about your taxes, your legal position or your investments, please speak with a professional who can look at your full situation. We do not promise any particular financial result.

Children

Purchases must be made by an adult. Products made for families, such as Calm Money Kids, are bought and managed by a parent or guardian.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep our products available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes apply to purchases made after that date, and we will email subscribers about any significant change before it applies to them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, in the United States. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the consumer law that applies where you live.
